Replace missing teeth with something that feels like your own
Implant dentistry is the focus of Dr. B's practice, from a single tooth to a full arch. He plans and performs the surgery himself and restores it in the same office. Routine and cosmetic care keep everything else healthy.
Dental implants
A single implant can replace one missing tooth without reshaping the healthy teeth beside it. Several implants can anchor a bridge.
- Single-tooth replacement
- Implant-supported bridges
- Planned from a 3D CBCT scan taken in our office
Full-arch implants
For people with many failing teeth, or tired of loose dentures, a full row of fixed teeth can be secured on as few as four implants.
- A full row of teeth on as few as four implants
- An alternative to removable dentures
- Temporary teeth often placed the same day, when appropriate
General, cosmetic, and surgical care
Dr. B is a general dentist with an emphasis in cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, and implant dentistry, so most of what your family needs happens in one office.

If going to the dentist makes you nervous
Dental anxiety and dental phobia are common, and working with anxious patients is something Dr. B has built his practice around.
Plenty of people put off care for years because of a bad experience, or because they are embarrassed about the state of their teeth. Nobody here is going to lecture you. Tell us where you are, and we will start from there.
- Tell us before you arrive. Mention it when you call or in the appointment request, and we will plan extra time so nothing feels rushed.
- Nothing happens without an explanation. You see your own X-rays and scan, hear what Dr. B recommends and why, and decide afterward.
- You can stop at any point. Raise a hand and the appointment pauses. No explanation needed.
- Sedation options. Nitrous oxide, often called laughing gas, and conscious oral sedation are available for many procedures. Whether either one is appropriate for you depends on your health history and the treatment planned, so Dr. B talks it through at your consultation.

Questions patients ask
Don't see yours? Call the office at (347) 566-8816.
How do I become a patient?
Call the office, or send a request from the form below and the team will call you back to find a time. First visits are usually an exam, any X-rays you need, and a conversation about what you want to fix.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most PPO dental insurance plans. Call with your plan details and we will verify your benefits before your visit, so you know what is covered before treatment starts.
I'm anxious about the dentist. What can you do?
Tell us when you book. Dr. B's practice is built around patients with dental anxiety and dental phobias: you get extra time, an explanation of everything before it happens, and the ability to stop and take a break whenever you need one. Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and conscious oral sedation are available for many procedures, and Dr. B will go over whether either one suits your health history and the treatment planned. More about nervous patients.
How do I know if dental implants are right for me?
It depends on your overall health, the condition of your gums, and how much bone supports the area. A consultation with an exam and a 3D scan is the only way to know. Read more about implants.
I wear dentures. Can I switch to fixed teeth?
Many denture wearers are candidates for full-arch implants, which hold a fixed row of teeth that you don't remove at night. Dr. B will check whether it's an option for you. Read more about full-arch implants.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with CareCredit, Cherry, Alphaeon Credit, and LendingTree, so larger treatment can be paid monthly. Ask about it at your consultation and we will tell you what your written plan would look like either way.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Dr. B sees patients in English and Spanish. Se habla español.
What if I have a dental emergency?
Call the office as early in the day as you can and describe what is happening, and the team will find you the soonest time available. If you have facial swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, go to the nearest emergency room.
What should I bring to my first visit?
A photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, a list of medications you take, and any recent dental X-rays you have. [Link to new-patient forms — to come]
